Are you the proud owner of the iPhone XS? Congratulations, you are now part of a select group of users who have access to the most advanced and powerful smartphone on the market. But while the iPhone XS has plenty of features, one thing that is missing is the ability to display your battery percentage.

For years, Apple has included a battery percentage indicator in their phones so users can get an accurate reading of their device’s current battery level. Unfortunately, for some reason, Apple decided to leave this feature out when they released the iPhone XS.

Fortunately, there is still a way for you to view your battery percentage on your iPhone XS. Here’s how:

First, open up your Settings app by tapping on its icon (which looks like a collection of grey cogs). Then, swipe down and tap “Battery”. Next, tap the toggle labeled “Battery Percentage” and you will see that the battery icon at the top-right of your screen now shows a number inside.

If you want to add a widget to your lock screen displaying your battery percentage, you can do so as well. Start by long-pressing anywhere on your lock screen and then tapping “Customize”. Then tap the widget shelf below the clock to view available widget options and select “Batteries” from the list. Finally, drag or tap down on the larger widget with battery percentage (you will see it next to Battery Usage) and add it to your widget shelf.

And there you have it! Now that you know how to display your battery percentage on iPhone XS, you can check it anytime without having to open up any apps or settings menus – just take a quick glance at your lock screen!
