One of the features of the iPhone that many people enjoy is the ability to customize their caller ID. This feature allows users to choose whether they want their number to be displayed when they make calls, and also to modify what information is displayed when someone calls them. First, open the Settings app on your iPhone and select “Phone”. From there, tap “Show My Caller ID”. You should then see an option that alows you to toggle your caller ID on or off. If it is grayed out, then you may need to contact your carrier for more information as not all carriers provide this option for their customers.

If you are able to change it, then you will see two options: “My Number” or “Unknown”. Selecting “My Number” will display your phone number when you make calls; selecting “Unknown” will keep your number hidden from othr people who call you.

Once you have made your selection, exit the Settings app and start making calls! Your new caller ID settings sould now be in effect.

If you would like to change the outgoing Caller ID on your iPhone, please go to Settings>Phone>Show My Caller ID. If this setting is available, you can toggle it off and on as needed.
