Are you loking for an easy way to track your health and fitness goals? The Health app is a great way to monitor your progress towards reaching those goals. With the Health app, you can keep track of your activity levels, nutrition, sleep patterns, and other important health information.

Adding activity to the Health app is simple and straightforward. First, open the Health app on your iPhone or iPad. 7.Once logged in, you may need to provide additional information such as a medical record number or a verification code sent via text message or email from your healthcare provider.
8.Once all of this information is provided, you’ll be able to view and add records from supported providers into the Health app on your iPhone!

Adding Exercise Manually to an iPhone

To manually add exercise to your iPhone, open the Health app and tap on the “Health Data” tab. Scroll down and tap on “Activity” and then tap on “Workouts”. Enabling Apple Health Records is a simple process that can help you keep track of your health data in one convenient place.
