There is no monthly fee for Ring, but there is a subscription service called Ring Protect. Ring Protect Basic costs $3/month or $30/year and includes video recording for all Ring doorbells and security cameras in your home. You also get an extended warranty and 10% off select Ring product purchases on Ring.com and Amazon.com. Ring Protect Plus, which activates video recording for all doorbells and security cameras in your home, costs $10/month or $100/year.

How Do I Access My Ring Account?

To access your Ring account, you can either log in to the Ring app on your smartphone or tablet, or you can log in to Ring.com on a desktop computer. To log in to the Ring app, open the app and enter your email address and password. To log in to Ring.com, go to Ring.com and enter your email address and password. If you’re using a desktop computer, the Account option will be on the top right.

How Do I Pay My Ring Account?

To pay your Ring account, you can either use a credit card or PayPal. To update your payment method, go to ring.com and log into your account. From your Dashboard, go to Account > Manage Account. Next to My Payment Method, select Update. Select Replace Payment Method and follow the on-screen prompts.

Does Ring Work Without Wi-Fi?

This is because they use the Wi-Fi signal to send motion alerts and live video footage to your phone. If you don’t have a Wi-Fi connection, you will not be able to control your Ring devices or receive push notifications when they detect motion. Ring security cameras also require a Wi-Fi connection in order to work.

What Happens If I Don’t Subscribe To Ring?

If you do not subscribe to a Ring Protect plan, all recorded videos will be erased and new events will not be stored. You can still receive Ring and Motion Alerts to your mobile device, as well as view Live View on demand on your Ring products without a subscription.

Can I Access My Ring Account Online?

Ring cameras only record when motion is detected. If you have the Protect Plan, you can enable snapshot images to be taken on Ring Cameras every 3 minutes to every hour between motion detected recordings.
