Would you like a blank iPhone lock screen? Unfortunately, there’s no way to remove the date, but you can remove the time with Sleep Focus turned on.

By default, iPhones display the date and time on the lock screen. But what if you prefer a clean look, and you don’t want the date and time to show up on your lock screen? Is there any way to remove the date and time from the lock screen? Read on to learn the real answer.

Unfortunately, there is no way to remove the date from the lock screen. While many people wish this feature existed, it just doesn’t. It’s not something that Apple allows.

There is a way to remove the time from the lock screen, but not the date. However, it’s a bit inconvenient, as your phone will need to be in Sleep mode for this.

How to Remove the Time From Your Lock Screen

You can only remove the time from your screen if your phone is in Sleep Focus. To do that, go to Settings > Focus > Sleep and activate Sleep mode. Then, under “Customize Screens,” click on Options.

Toggle “Sleep Screen” on and make sure “Show Time” is toggled off (you need to toggle “Sleep Screen” on to see that option).

This will remove the time from your lock screen. However, it will still show the date.

Unfortunately, there is no way to remove the date. Also, when you turn off Sleep Focus, the time will reappear.

Conclusion

Unfortunately, while I wish we could be more helpful, there is no way to remove the date from the lock screen on your iPhone. However, you can remove the time, as long as your phone is in Sleep Focus mode.
