HTC Sense 4.0 Themes and Screens Leaked

Everyone was pretty pleased to see the sexiest stock UI and themes when Google rolled out Ice Cream Sandwich.

The concern for us since then, was how other major players with customized UIs will do to catch up with the competition. We have got some answer, though not a complete one, for the question at least from the HTC camp.

A set of nearly two dozen themes that is part of the upcoming HTC Sense 4.0 has leaked giving us a good peek on how HTC will tackle the onslaught from Google.

The leaks came in the shape of an RUU, otherwise known as ROM Updating Utility for a device from HTC which is yet to be released.

Though most of them seem like a mix up of Ice Cream Sandwich and HTC’s own Sense UI, the themes are visually stunning and interesting.

The leaked screen shots also give a good peep at the HTC phone book and how the locked screen will look like on HTC Sense 4.0. It also gives a better idea of the new attire with the new Sense dock.

Interestingly, the leaked RUU actually belongs to a device named HTC Endeavor. It was earlier referred to as Edge. It is expected to have a 4.7 inch 720p display.

In addition, it is rumored to run with the power of a 1.5 GHz quad-core Tegra 3 processor and 1 GB RAM. To keep the picture snappers happy, it packs an 8 megapixel rear cam too.

Well, though it’s been some months since the leaks about this device are floating around, reliable sources now confirm that HTC will unveil this device at MWC. Meanwhile, just have a look at the leaked preview of Sense 4.0.
