Black Friday is just round the corner and look what Fry’s has lined up. We know you have always been looking forward to owning a HP G61-321nr laptop, and this your chance. Fry’s is offering a Black Friday deal by pricing the laptop at $297.99, as against the normal price of $449.99.

What you get to save is a cool $152. The 15.6-inch screen laptop would your best bet if you are a movie buff, as the device boasts of an aspect ratio of 16:9 making it a perfect HD movie screen if it comes with a built in Blu-ray drive. We, however, are not sure if the Blu-ray drive is par of this Black Friday deal.

Powered by an AMD Athlon II Dual-Core Processor with a 1MB cache and 3GB of RAM, the HP G61-321nr  runs on the new Windows 7 Operating System. This will aid the HP G61-321nr laptop to run programs on a super fast track. The battery stands in aiding the smooth functioning without compromising n any hurdle whatsoever. A 160GB hard drive, LightScribe SuperMulti 8X DVD R/RW with Double Layer Support, Multi-card reader and the like form part of the standard features. The bold keys and the separate numeric-pad buttons make working on it so smooth. The laptop will have functionalities that aid WiFi connectivity and also comes with an Ethernet card and fax modem too.

All said, lets give you all a piece of advice before you go for it. If you a gaming buff and want the HP G61-321nr as your gaming pad, we wouldn’t advise you to go for it. Though the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 128MB GDDR2 graphics card can handle most normal games, it is not a device that is the best for gaming.

And, last but the most important considering the occasion, here is something you need to know. If you want to buy one, do it yourself. Fry’s has lined up the deal as limited to one per household. If you are really going for it, go for it now.
