TomTom GPS Application on iPhone goes global

August 17, 2009, By Atul Roach

There was certainly a lot of hype about the TomTom GPS navigation application going global but all the anxiety has been curbed by the prices that one would have to pay. The app is available at App Stores in many parts of the world that primarily includes US, Canada and the Europe and more countries will be featured in the next few days, but not many would be anxious given the prices that have been announced thus far.

The average price range in the regions where it is now download-able is between $79.99 and $139.99.

Everyone does acknowledge the fact that there are a plethora of great features available and that might just subdue the pricing glitch. It comes with tap-and-go, go your own way, meet up with a friend, find a place to eat and find the smartest routes, all across the world wherever the app is available.

Life can be so much easier with this app but all this comes at a price so it up you decide what comes first-comfort or rational spending. [via: TomTom]
