Crazy Deals
Those in the market looking for a new smartphone should consider Walmart’s deal for a new Palm Pre that should cost you a low $79 after mail-in rebates and a 2-years agreement with Sprint.

The Walmart deal comes in just days after the $100 deal on Amazon which we thought it’s going to get everyone in for a Pre. The smartphone comes with a vibrant display with multitouch functionality, adds a very good Web browser and offers amazing multimedia integration. With 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS, good call quality and a solid OS to keep the show running, at $79 it’s a steal!
Which makes us think, what will its younger sibling, the Palm Pixi, sell for when released. Can they go even lower than that?

Those netbooks can surely lure you with low pricing and performance promises but in times like these, you surely need to be rational. Hence, here is what you might want to know-Walmart is ready with a revised pricing for the Toshiba Satellite L355-S7915 which will be offered for $348-in stores and online-from this Sunday onwards i.e. August 16.

The price reduction no way means that the Toshiba 17-inch Display variant has been a sad performer, and the only criticism is that it lacks a webcam and an HDMI port-but then they are reducing the price, aren’t they?

The netbook developers will surely not like reading this piece of information as Walmart strikes a ‘killer deal’. Rationally speaking, not many would prefer a netbook if you grab a notebook in a $298 deal. That is Walmart for you folks, and the model that is being used to lay the generous bait is the Compaq Presario CQ60-419WM.
