Samsung haven’t been very active on the camera market lately, but the products they’ve unveiled at PMA 2010 are a good indication that this is about to change soon. The most advanced model introduced was the TL500, which features an ultra-bright and very fast f/1.8 lens, and a rather large sensor for its class.

JVC has announced their latest camcorder, the new Everio GZ-HM340, a little late, priced at $499.95 . It was originally expected to arrive in late January. The new camcorder packs 16Gb of onboard storage, and as if that were not enough, you can expand it with an SD/SDHC card. More details follow.
