MSI unveiled its Wind12 line of AMD ultraportable notebooks a few months back, and the original U230 was shown in a video back in November 2009. Now they have unveiled their next generation 12-inch netbooks, in the form of the Wind12 U230-033 and U230-040. The new models come packed with a larger screen and more computing power. Both come preloaded with Windows 7 Home Premium and 12.1 inch 1366×768 ( WXGA ) display. The U230-033 will be priced at $429.99 and the higher-end model U230-040 at $479.99.

If there are two things which can push me to buy a notebook over a netbook, it has to be the overall sizing and the integration of an ULV processor. The just announced MSI X-Slim X360 ultra-portable somehow is that kind of an offering which can have others thinking like the way I think.

Obviously I loved the black and gold MSI Wind U160 netbook but then there are reasons for me to admire the 13-inch MSI X360 haling from the X-Slim Lineage.

MSI has brought to the market its latest set of classic-series notebooks enhanced with the state of-the-art Intel processors Core i3 and Core i5 processors. The United Kingdom has got its first taste of the MSi Wind Top AE2020, with the computer maker starting to ship the all-in-one PC to the British shores.  MSi is offering the 20-inch multi input touchscreen for an equivalent of $972 (£599).
