Logitech had been building the media streaming hub for quite some time now, and there was earlier talk of a launch date sometime scheduled for September and then for December. The latest buzz is that it will come only in February.

Logitech is bringing to the market its new Notebook Kit MK605, incorporating a pivoting riser, a wireless mouse and keyboard. The combo would not only allow you to ward off discomfort while using your laptop, but also help you set up your own make-shift workstation wherever you want to.

The Notebook Kit MK605 comes across as part of Logitech’s first all-in-one solution that falls under its Unifying technology. Expected to ship to the US and Europe in November, the Notebook Kit MK605 would most probably carry a price tag of $100.
Logitech’s unique Unifying receiver, provided along with the Notebook Kit MK605, will help connect your notebook to the wireless features. The company has made the receiver so aesthetically perfect that no one would even know that it is connected to the USB port. Significantly, it can also be paired with four more wireless devices. The pivoting riser can be adjusted to fix an ideal eye-level screen. The riser helps with three different angles and can fit notebooks up to 15.6 inches.

Logitech is a brand we absolutely admire for it keeps coming up with some great home entertainment products. Latest from the adorable moniker are a couple of Squeezebox lineage products, the Squeezebox Touch and the Squeezebox Radio. While the Touch is a compressed media player, the Radio is a media streamer with a full color display.

It is obvious that both these products can be directly linked to the Squeezebox streaming music system. What we could not predict however is that both offer internet support and can hence hook up with services like Pandora.

I know that you have recently bought the Apple iPhone 3GS and you are still not done with all those flaunting antics. For the ones who are done with those flaunting tricks, here is a way to keep that enthusiasm going for a little while more. Logitech has introduced a pair of iPhone/iPod sound systems or rather more specifically a pair of speaker docks for the popular Apple gadgetry.

The bigger one of those two docks-the S135i is a rechargeable option which runs good for 20 hours on a single charge.

Logitech has extended its range of Multimedia Speakers with four new speakers that promise to take your favorite thump to the pinnacle. The range includes-Logitech Speaker System Z320, Z520, Z323 and Z523.

All four of these speakers systems shun the conventional forward-firing drivers for they are capable of emitting sounds in a single direction. Instead, these opt for 36o sound, better known as omnidirectional acoustics. It is all about delivering consistent sound over a wider space.
