There are many other features that should make the business user as well as the casual user happier. Here they are:

  • improved stocks application that will keep you in touch with the market,
  • anti-phishing feature
  • auto log-in options for Wi-Fi and Safari
  • music shuffle option
  • voice memo application that allows you to record clips, much like a detective or astronaut going about his job
  • peer-to-peer Bluetooth connectivity that will allow you to get in touch with other iPhone users, share data and even play games with them
  • integrated push notification, that alerts when you receive a message on your IM or from another iPhone using the new connectivity option
  • browse other’s content and even control external peripherals

So will this allow you to share music? Not likely it seems and that would dampen your spirits a tad bit. As for the price, the 3.0 OS will be a free upgrade to all iPhone users and will cost those with an iPod just $9.95. [via Gizmodo]
