Netbooks
It seems like this holiday might be the best time yet to pick up a netbook. Of course, there was all the rush and big discounts of Black Friday and Cyber Monday a few weeks ago, but that was just the beginning. Now the Christmas Shopping season is in full swing and many retailers are offering some very good deals.

One day, somebody thought up the clever idea of putting 3G connectivity in netbooks, and they getting them subsidized by network carriers. Well, it is starting to pay off now. Like most smartphones available nowadays, netbooks are also now being subsidized by network carriers. Nokia’s Booklet 3G which retails for over $600 is now available from BestBuy Mobile for $200, when you sign up for a mobile broadband data connection with two-year contracts. RadioShack is offering LG’s first netbook, the LG X120 at $50, until Christmas Eve when buyers sign up for a two-year, $60/mo. contract from AT&T.
More details and specs on the netbooks below.

The device normally costs $200 through Wirefly or $99.99 from Amazon, so if this deal doesn’t seem like a good offer to you, nothing ever will. If you’ve ever needed a good smartphone, now’s the perfect time to get one.

If you are a gamer, there is a lot on offer for you this Cyber Monday, in case you missed out on all those awesome deals on Black Friday. If you are the handheld-gamer type and like or know someone who likes Disney games, there are a whole lot of deals from BestBuy just for you. BestBuy is offering games like “Club Penguin : Elite Penguin Force”, “Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure”, “G-Force” and “Wizards of Waverly Place” at $19.99. You can check out the full list of Nintendo DS games here.

There are also some other deals on Nintendo DS with which you can get 2 games for $25, from a select list of puzzle games. These include Puzzle Kingdoms, I SPY : Fun House, Cate West : The Vanishing Files and more. The full list of offered games can be found here. Most of these games retail individually at $19.99. But what if you are not that much into Disney ( in all honesty , the more recent productions from Disney such as “Hannah Montana” tend to make me want to throw up , but hey, who am I to judge? ), and use some other console, there are still many awesome deals that you can take advantage of. Check below for more deals on the Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 and Sony PS3.
