Snapchat has upgraded its features, whereby users would now be able to delete Sent messages before they are opened. There are reports that the feature, which will initially be available to some people, will get to all the users in the coming weeks.

The feature works in a simple manner where you can press and hold on the media (text, audio, image etc) and a question box appear asking whether you want to delete the media. The message gets deleted once you select the option. The person on the other side of the chat will be aware of the text sent but it will be shown deleted.

Apart from the feature, Snapchat has also announced the expansion of availability of its second generation spectacles to Amazon. Initially the second- generation spectacles were launched on Spectacles.com and this is getting expanded further to Amazon. The latest water resistant glasses are slimmer when compared to the original ones. The glasses are equipped to take photos.

In the US, the second- generation spectacles from Snapchat is offered at $ 149.99. The spectacles are available in three color variants: onyx moonlight, sapphire twilight and ruby daybreak.
