Microsoft is making it easier for users to find what they exactly require from the suite of apps provided online by the company. Getting launched officially is a new upgrade to the Office.com interface accompanied by a fine-tuned Office 3650 Web app launcher that will together usher the experience of users in the online platform.

Apart from offering a smoother sign-in experience to the users to access Office 365, Office.com now limits the welcome page with items that you would want to see the most. That includes a new list of favorite apps at the top. Alongside, there is a new recommended section where you will be turned back to activities that you have left incomplete.

Users can discover more under the same category including the recent files, pinned files, shared files and more. Apps, documents, peoples, and sites can be directly searched through the improved search bar available in the new page.

Microsoft has also update the Office 365 app launcher to make it easier for users to open and switch between apps. The app launcher now brings out the most used apps, which can be reshuffled by just pinning apps of your choice. A recent documents section lets you go to your required documents straight away, along with an option to create a new one right within the section.

Apart from the aforesaid, there is also this new Office 365 gallery that goes through your subscriptions and usage patterns to come out with what you are searching for. The gallery can be accessed by exploring all the available apps from Office.com or Office 365 app launcher.

Microsoft has just started the rollout of the update. So be patient if you still haven’t found the new interface paired to your account; it may just take some time to reach you.
