Europe seems to be gearing up for the new Nokia 8 smartphone, which had an official launch last week. The handset is said to have arrived on European shores, and is now available for pre-order.

The countries which would have the luxury of pre-ordering the device first are Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Russia and Norway. The device has been generating much anticipation, ever since the first piece of info flooded web space.

For those who haven’t yet had a closer look on what the new Nokia 8 would carry along with it, here goes. A 5.3 inch display with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels is what stands out. Further, the device would house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 mobile processor in its innards.

The device will also offer 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot that can give you up to 256GB.

On the photography front, Nokia 8 will come sporting a 13 megapixel camera on the front and a 13 megapixel camera on the rear.

Significant about the new device would be the new innovative feature, which Nokia calls Bothie. The feature, for those who came in late, is a new video format by which video can be recorded from the front and rear camera at the same time.

The 3090 mAh battery would push all the juice into the device to make it run longer. The Nokia 8 will be powered by Android Nougat.

If you are in Europe and would love to have those first set of Bothies recorded, this is the time. Go for it!
