Huawei’s smartphone launches came in no small size this year. The company has already revealed three of its new smartphones with just three months into the New Year. Now they are up with the next, and arguably the best of the lot.
The Honor 8 Pro, an upgraded version of Honor 8 that was released last year arrives with sumptuous features that take it close to the P10 and P10 flagship, which obviously is the premium flagship product of the Chinese Manufacturer.
What makes the device a good deal is the fact that Huawei has upgraded the Honor 8 with what was essentially required instead of going for senseless upgrades. Apart from that, Honor 8 also raises the bar by its own standard with the betterment of specifications.
The 5.7-inch device boasts a massive RAM of 6 GB which is housed along with the in-house Kirin 960 chipset. The device also includes 64 GB of UFS 2.1 storage. The rear-cam on the device features twin sensors of 12MP, with one being tuned for monochromatic input.
On the battery front, Honor 8 Pro features a 4000 mAh battery which should be more than adequate for the hardware packed by the device. As per the company claims, the battery would be enough to keep your device ticking for over a day. This is also accompanied by the Type-C port for charging and data transfer. Honor 8 Pro also features the latest EMUI 5 that will based on Android Nougat.
Huawei will have the devices made available initially for the European markets, with the pre-orders going live at €549. The bundle will also include additional accessories like VR headset, tripod, or memory card.
