Microsoft is finally feeling confident about its attempt in overhauling After having been put in the Preview mode for over eight months, Microsoft has decided it’s time for the broader roll out of its new design upgrades for

The default interface can now be replaced with the new and improved ones, which is built around the Office 365 platform. What the latter brings is the addition of further services from the platform, including the addition of an upgraded address book, and addition of flights to your calendars.

It also adds other benefits like having GIFs attached to your emails with the help of Giphy integration. Insertion of emojis has also become easier in the new update, while other big inclusion is the support for @Mentions.

Office 365 also lets users integrate other services like Yelp, Wunderlist, Uber, PayPal, and Evernote, along with improved support for Skype, Dropbox, OneDrive etc.

There are also other noteworthy changes that come along with this new update. Users will now be able to filter search results with more options like folders, dates, or attachments. The Search layout has also been improved, and now automatically highlights your frequent contacts.

Besides, there is also a new Clutter feature that will automatically have the mails you ignore in your Inbox moved to another folder. Your Inbox won’t be left messy.

All of these will be available to the existing users, as well as new users. However, the upgrade is being rolled out not all at once. Microsoft says that over a million accounts are being updated per week. Users from North America will be the first among this batch.
