High-end smartphones formerly used to be out-of-reach stuff for many due to the pricing barriers.

The situation more remains so due to the arrival of the affordable flagships. But now, the issue with customers is as to which one to choose; there’s a plenty of them out there in the market.

The latest one arriving to capture the eyes of the US consumers is Pure XL, the unlocked flagship from Blu. Sporting a price tag that reads $350, Pure XL will be arriving later this month, and will be working on AT&T and T-Mobile’s 4G LTE networks.

Pure XL is also more of a phablet, having upgraded all of its spec-sheet compared to the previous version. The 6-inch display that comes with QHD resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels has given a big edge for Pure XL over some of its competitors like One Plus 2.

The 64-bit MediaTek Helio X10 clocks speeds of 2.0GHz and is powered by eight cores. With a RAM of 3GB, the device comes only in a single storage variant; the 64 GB version.

It has also got its camera counts topping over the rest. A rear 24MP camera puts the device in top range with camera specs, and the sensors used for front-cam arrives with a quality of 8MP.

The battery has also been beefed up, and now stands at 3500mAh capability. The dual-SIM device will be running Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. Besides, it will also have other premium features like an aluminium embodiment, fingerprint sensors and the like.

The 6-inch version of Blu Pure XL will be arriving in the US markets on the 29th of this month, and will be sold exclusively through Amazon.
