Tamil movie ‘Masss’ Review and box-office collections report

“Masss’, the Tamil movie directed by Venkat Prabhu hit the screens on May 29. 2015. This movie stars Suriya and Nayanthara in the lead roles, and the film is reportedly getting huge collections in the initial hours of release.

The movie has already been screened in some International screens from yesterday, and the reviews coming out from those corners are mixed to positive in nature.

Audiences and reviewers consider this movie as a better flick than ‘Anjaan’, but many of them are hesitant to call this movie an amazing outing.

Box Office Collections of ”Masss” will be undoubtedly huge when we consider the number of theaters in which the movie is released.

The movie is getting released in more than 425 theaters in Tamil Nadu alone, and most of the tickets in Chennai Screens are already been booked. By the end of this first weekend, the movie will collect somewhere in between 14-16 Crore INR from Tamil Nadu Box Office alone.

Suriya has huge fan following in Kerala and Telugu speaking states. In Kerala, the movie is getting released in 200 theaters, and this number is quite hefty for a Tamil movie in Mollywood Box Office.

The movie may face huge competition in Kerala Box Office, as Prithviraj’s ‘Ivide’ and Nivin Pauly’s ‘Premam’ are also hitting the screens on the same day.

In Andhra and Nizam, the film’s dubbed version ‘Rakshasudu’ hit more than 400 screens. The actress has a reasonable fan following in the state, and this will help him to fetch a collection of more than 10 Crore INR from the Box Office in the first weekend.
