After triumphing in the One Day International Series and a T20 match, Bangladesh Cricket Team is all set to do it against a weak Pakistan side in the Test series which began today at the Khulna.

Bangladesh win the toss in a bright morning, and they decided to bat first in a flat wicket. At the end of day one, the hosts have scored 236 runs with the loss of four wickets.

Bangladesh started off very slowly in the morning, as the Pakistani bowlers bowled in a tight line. Both the openers failed to find runs in the initial hours, and at the lunch time, the team has scored just 60 runs with the loss of a wicket.

Things take a new turn, and after the lunch, Imrul Kayes and Mominul Haque built the innings, but sadly, Kayes got dismissed soon after completing his half century.

Then, Mahmadullah joined Mominul, and both of them put up a partnership of 95 runs. Mahmadullah was ruled out just one run short of his half century. Mominul was dismissed at the last ball of the innings. For Bangladesh,Shakib Al Hasan remained unbeaten for 19.

On the other hand, Pakistan put up a decent bowling attack in the initial moments of the match. But later, they lost the grip, and it allowed the Bangladesh batsmen to score freely. Wahab Riaz, Mohammed Hafiz, Zulfiqar Babar and Yasir Shah picked one wickets each for the Pakistan side.
