Brisbane Cricket Ground will host the third ODI in the Carlton Mid tri-nation series and it would be England and India coming face to face.

With the previous results favoring the host team on both occasions, it would only be fair to say that tomorrow’s match would be exciting as it would be a run u to the final on February 1st.

Australia has nearly sealed their final spot after two successive wins over the visiting nations, which has led the fight between England and India to be weighty in its approach.

A win tomorrow would give either team an upper hand to make their way into the finals. And as with the way things have been happening recently, India appears to be on the favorite’s seat for grabbing the edge.

MS Dhoni never appeared to be skeptical in nature with his plans for an opening pair, but he must be now. Shikhar Dhawan has let down his skipper’s faith for over a row of matches.

And as with the captain cool mentioning it to be a no-experiment period, it’s time he bring in the change rather than just stretching his try-outs with the prevailing pair.

Viewers in India can watch the match live telecast on Star Sports TV channel. Star Sports will also be live streaming the tri-series live at its official website.

Ajinkya Rahane has proved his worth in the absence of Rohit Sharma. He could be promoted in the line-up for the same, but this time being for a left-hander. His promotion may also give way for Ambati Rayudu.

Ishant Sharma might remain unfit for tomorrow’s game, which would be closing down a possible rotation among the Indian pace attack.

However, that won’t be the case if Dhoni is to prioritize the results of the ongoing series over the World Cup preparations. Players like Dhawal Kulkarni and Mohit Sharma, who have been in the squad as injury replacements, may be the men Dhoni will seek upon to for bringing an alteration.

On the other side, we have an England squad who has been finding it hard even with a welcome change. A sudden handling over of the captaincy charges seems to be leading the captain to stand like nothing but baffled.

Yet he did his part with the bat in the previous game, only for the rest to display a performance which felt like they were clearly the underdogs.

That has to be kept aside, if to come up with a competent fight in their next match, with the match being against a team who has previously hammered them in their own backyard.

Replacements may well be witnessed in the squad, but that may not draw the line for their worries. England would have to undergo a deep rectification process if to deliver a sounding performance. But even that seems to be running out of time, with less than a month to go for the World Cup.
