LA Auto Show Arrays Luxury Automotives from Around the Globe

LA Auto show is an eagerly awaited event – at least for Americans if not for the entire planet. The California show will be the talk of the town for the rest of November.

It’s the luxury segment that holds sway over the rest. A splurge of automotives in this segment is set to wow visitors to this year’s LA Auto Show, which comprises leading names as well as debutants having their tryout in a novel arena.

Speak of luxury and automotive lovers would synonymize it with Cadillac. That could be a slightly old tale now as GM themselves are pushing harder to compete with the $100 K vehicles, a segment which  American manufacturers plan to occupy possibly by next year. At this year’s show, the $63K priced ATS-V will be making the debut for Cadillac.

Crossing the oceans are manufacturers like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, etc, who have geared up to hike the luxury segment with power, plush features and eventually the price tags.

Maybach S600 is the luxury beast arriving from German manufacturers Mercedes, which keeps an extra eye for its passengers. 180 degree reclining seats, champagne holding refrigerators, padded leather finishing, etc add the bit of opulence to its S class variants. C63 sedan and GT sports car are also in line to lure the mass in the luxury front.

X5M and X6M are the variants arriving from BMW with a twin-turbo V8 engine that boosts the engine horsepower. The letter M denotes the high-performance being imparted to the models.

X5 M is expected to carry a price tag of $100K, which is almost double the price of its base model. While the rest have been going behind the power factors in luxury fronts, Porsche is slightly lagging behind with its 2016 Cayenne GTS that features a 440 HP v6 engine, which is inferior to GTS Turbo.

Bentley, Audi and Jaguar also have some uncovered models which will be featuring alongside the same from the aforementioned manufacturers.

It would sure be a grand treat once the covers are raised from these automotives.
