Hugely anticipated Telugu movie “Power” has been released released in India and worldwide on September 12, 2014.

“Power” stars mass hero Ravi Teja with Hansika Motwani and Regina Cassandra in the leading roles. The movie was earlier set to be released on August 29, 2014, but to avoid clash with NTR starrer “Rabhasa”, it was postponed to a new date.

The Censor Board of Film Certification has given the movie rating “A”.

Produced by Rockline Venkatesh, “Power” marks the directorial debut of screenplay writer K. S. Ravindra (Bobby). The music has been composed by S. Thaman, with each track having a huge impact on the listeners and has created a big buzz ahead of the release.

Reports also have it that the satellite rights of “Power” has been sold at a whopping rate to Gemini TV.

The teaser of the movie was released in January and show Ravi Teja in a police uniform riding a Royal Enfield.

The screen count of “Power” should be on the higher side as the movie has a powerful hero in form and has masses going for the movie. With “Rabhasa” getting mediocre feedback, this one certainly has all the guns going.

The first day collections of “Power” are expected to make new records of “Mass Star” Ravi Teja, which has been released on a good screen numbers across Andhra region and down south.

With Mahesh Babu’s “Aagadu” awaiting release, it remains to be seen on how box office collections of “Power” will turn out in weeks to come.
