Ind vs Eng 5th Test Day 2: Star Sports live streaming and Highlights

August 16, 2014, By M Sohini

On the first day of the 5th Test at Kennington Oval, London, India found its top order crumbling down yet again as England took charge of the proceedings to get the visitors bowled out at 148.

Strangely for India, the batting line lacked the confidence as the day started, with lack of experience being visible in every ball that every player faced.

Showing off his skipper and batting skills, it was MS Dhoni yet again who kept the ball going and scored that crucial knock of 82 to get that 148 on the board.

Dhoni played some serious cricket with 11th man Sharma on his side to add 58 runs in 17 overs.

England missed the chance to appeal for catch when Dhoni was at 32, which may have changed the score on the board.

India had Gambhir and Rahane gone at ducks and Pujara and Kohli leaving the field with one digit figures. Early in the day Vijay started off, but at 18 was dismissed by Woakes.
