It is being suspected that the plane was caught in bad weather conditions and that was the reason behind it catching fire and falling down.

The wreckage of the plane was found in Mali’s Gossi region. The jet could be easily identified, though much of it has been disintegrated.

The wreckage that has been found has no survivors. The French Government is taking all necessary steps to ascertain that nothing is left behind. A team has also been sent on the site to investigate and look out for all clues possible.

Most of the passengers traveling in the plane belonged to Canada. The families and the victims are all in shock with all that is happening around the world. The globe was not over the loss of mankind in the Malaysian airline crash that happened a few days and here we have another one.

Some herders while working had seen the plane crash and fall down. Upon reaching the site for a rescue programme, the team could locate no survivors.

As per the witnesses, the plane was completely burnt, it had traces of rain on it and all passengers were torn apart from the explosion that happened.

There are reports that the pilot had sent out the message to Niger air to change its route owing to heavy rain and bad weather conditions.

UN peacekeeping forces are also deployed to trace any person found alive or any evidence that would take the authorities on the right track so as to what might have happened high up in the air.

This flight from France to Canada had many people returning home. People were anxiously waiting for flight 5017 to reach its destination when they received this terrible news.
