India vs England 2nd Test: Star Sports live streaming info and cricket live score

July 17, 2014, By S Ranjita

Both India and England are likely to field the same unchanged squads for the 2nd Test to be played at Lord’s on July 17, 2014. The match start time is 3:30 p.m. India time.

The forecast is warm temperatures, as high as 29C on Friday and showers during the weekend, but it is unlikely to affect play.

Dhoni at the toss

With so much written on the Jadeja-Anderson sledge episode in the first Test, the incident is surely going to affect the players in this Test too.

After the tame draw in the 1st Test which was due to the flat pitch, the Lord’s pitch is expected to be lively and will surely benefit the England pacers. Also England is likely to play a six-pace attack to contain the Indian batsmen.

Both the teams will go all out to win this Test and take early lead in the series. England has been winless now since nine Tests. They last won a Test against their arch-rivals Australia at Chester-le-Street in August 2013.
