Sharp RW-16G1 Tablet Sports a 15.6-inch Display
The upcoming 3K resolution tablet from Sharp seems to be generating interest. The new device comes with a 15.6-inch display, and that itself is ample reason for us to wait for it.
Sporting a 3,200 x 1,800 resolution along with the company’s own IGZO technology, the new device – known as RW-16G1 – promises amazing images.
The tablet is driven by a 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor, and comes along with 4GB of RAM.
Apart from all these, Sharp has also included a 128GB SSD. The device boasts three USB 3.0 ports and a 4K-capable HDMI output too.
Besides, Sharp has also thrown in a desktop dock for the oversized Windows 8.1 Pro tablet, but it comes minus a laptop keyboard attachment. So, that means you have a touch screen to play with for the time being.
A closer look will reveal that the device may not be bigger that the Windows 8 convertibles you see around. But then this one is extremely portable and is lightweight.
We would want to go for one as soon as it arrives on retail shelves.
