LG G3 has been widely awaited for launch this year. This successor to LG G2 is might arrive this year with better specifications. But, the launch date has not been released yet.

A new rumor suggests that the Korean giant’s new sensation will be unveiled in May this year.

The rumor doesn’t speak much about the technical specifications of the handset, except that it will feature an impressive QHD display sporting a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.

LG supposedly changed its launch schedule to May, as many OEMs are expected to launch theirs in the first half.

Samsung is also rumored to be working on the Samsung Galaxy S5, which is supposed to come out in March and will be available in markets by April.

Rumors suggest that LG G3 will come with a 5.5-inch display and will sport a 2K resolution, 16MP camera, an octa-core processor manufactured by LG, the LG Odin, and a clock speed of 2.2GHz along with a fingerprint sensor.

But the fact is that all these are rumors with no official confirmation. We will hopefully find more about LG G3 in the days to come.
