You might have heard lots about a Samsung supersized tablet that was in the works. Much has been spoken about this device that was supposed to come with a huge 12.2 inch display.

We just stumbled upon some amount of grapevine buzz that seems to put to rest earlier rumors. The new info, in fact,  has stated that the tablet was found cruising through the FCC corridors last month, which suggest that the device might be up in the race for a release date.

The Samsung tablet is said to be christened Samsung Galaxy Note Pro, and might come to our midst sporting a variety of features that the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition had boasted of.

Going by the grapevine buzz, the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro will come with a huge 12.2-inch display of 2,560×1,600 pixels resolution and will hide underneath the hood  3GB of RAM and Exynos 5 Octa chipset clocked at 1.9GHz.

The bigger screen size might demand a larger battery of 9,500 mAh capacity. The OS will be Android 4.4 KitKat, pre-installed.

It is expected that the device might take a bow at the Consumer Electronics Show scheduled for January, and it it doesn’t happen, we need to look for a release at the Mobile World Congress 2014.
