Samsung Galaxy NX Camera Pricing, Launch Date Revealed

Samsung, who has already made revolutionary changes in the Android phone arena with its Galaxy series, is now set to amaze us with a new interchangeable lens camera powered by Android software.

The company made an official announcement regarding its upcoming camera named ‘Galaxy NX’. The camera with a 4G connectivity properties has finally got a price tag and release date from the company.

The company has stated that the new Galaxy NX will be available in the market starting October this year. The company has tagged the product with a price of $1599 minus the lens.


You will be able to purchase the camera, along with an 18-55 mm lens, for a price of $1699. The lens sports a price of $ 219.95 if you would want to purchase it separately from Amazon.

The NX comes with a 20.3 mega pixel APS-C sensor and hybrid contrast and phase detection auto focus. You will be able to record high definition videos too using the Galaxy NX.

The Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and complete access to the Google Play store make the product unique. The device also has built in Wi Fi, 3G and LTE connectivity to make quick sharing of photos possible.


The camera has a number of unique features that can attract both professionals as well as amateur photographers who like to share their clicks on social networks.

A 4.8 inch LCD touch screen has been laced at the rear for viewing snaps. The device comes powered with 1.6 GHz quad core processor and 2GB of RAM. An internal storage capacity of 16 GB is thrown in, which can be expanded up to 64GB.
