Sony Honami Pictures Leak Yet Again

A few days ago, we were able to see the first images of the Honami, the alleged latest flagship device from Sony. And now we just stumbled upon more pictures of the smartphone, which were leaked online.

Sony’s Honami is considered to be the next top-end handset from the company meant to replace its current, popular Xperia Z.

The latest images show  an infra-red sensor, which sits next to the camera lens and LED flash. The handset might have a metal or aluminum frame instead of glass fiber polyamide. We also have noticed a speaker grill at the bottom of the device.

The images also show a 3.5mm headphone jack placed at the top, a microSD memory card slot and a dedicated camera button on the device. Reportedly, the Honami would be compatible with the DK30 magnetic charging dock.

Last month, a full specs list of the Honami was leaked and it suggested that the handset will have a 5-inch display with a full 1080p resolution, similar to the Xperia Z.

Sony’s previous handsets were introduced with comparatively under-powered processors. But this time, Sony is ready to take the lead in the high-end smartphone market with better capabilities. Rumors suggest that the Honami device will sport the Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor under the hood.

Another impressive feature about the Honami will be its camera. Sony has reportedly included a massive 20-megapixel camera in the device along with a 1/16″ sensor and Xenon flash. Like the Xperia Z, the Honami too has dust and water resistance features.

Would you want one when it finally arrives?
