Toshiba AT10LE-A Tablet Leak Suggests Inclusion of Tegra 4

Toshiba has had a long history with the Android Operating System, and has already hit the market shelves with some excellent tablets running the Google OS in the past. However, success seems to be eluding the company even after so many devices arrived with huge promises.

Toshiba is not one to duck, however. The company has this fascination towards Android run devices and is again working on a new beauty called the AT10LE-A.

Said to be one of the first devices to hide Nvidia’s latest Tegra 4 processor under its hood, the slate will boast a 1.8GHz quad-core Tegra 4 system-on-chip.

Based on a set of leaked images, the tablet appears to be a 10.1-inch device sporting a microSD card slot and a microHDMI port. The device will come with a 3.5-mm headphone jack and a microUSB port along with a tiny charging port.

As mentioned, the tablet runs on latest Android version 4.2.1 Jelly Bean and comes with an optional dockable keyboard with chiclet keys.

However, you may not find the trackpad. In other words, the tablet will be connected and propped at an angle instead of being joined at the seams.

There’s no word on the roll out date or other details like the internal storage capacity and price. As we all know that Tegra 4 tablets won’t launch before Q4 of this year, we may need to wait quite a while for the company to announce a date. Stay tuned.
