Apart from adding Google apps to the range of its Nook devices, Barnes & Noble has cut the price of their Nook HD much to the excitement of customers. The new offer comes as a special offer on the occasion of Mother’s Day.

The price of Nook HD 8 GB 7-inch has been slashed from $200 to $150 and that of the 16 GB variant has been brought down from $230 to $180.

The 16 GB version of the 9-inch Nook HD, which was originally priced at $270, is now available for $180 and 32 GB tablet is now on sale at a price of $209 from the original price of $300.
