Apple iPhone 5S to Sport A7 Quad-Core Processor; Photo Leak Outs Info

Apple’s iPhone 5 has been a good upgrade from the iPhone 4S and to keep up the trend, the iGiant had to do something seriously about the upcoming iPhone 5S. The latest photo leak suggests that the iPhone 5S will be having a quad core A7 processor and now we know that Apple indeed has been working hard.

Though there is no exact detail on the GPU, it will probably be upgraded too. The introduction of the iPhone 5S is expected to include iOS 7 rolled out alongside an updated version of Siri.

Rumours say Apple will release two iPhones this year – namely iPhone 6 and a cheaper iPhone 5S. Apple is expected to include an improved camera in the iPhone 5S which is rumored to be capable of taking ‘Super HD’ pictures.

In order to take snaps at that resolution, it’ll need to have at least a 13 MP camera. Apple CEO Tim Cook himself has to some extent broken his trademark silence to tell a Goldman Sachs conference that the company has no motive in developing and releasing a “crappy product”. This is an obvious response to the iPhone 5S rumors and a way to encourage customers to not hesitate buying the latest iPhone 5.

The lack of NFC support on the iPhone 5 was one of the biggest criticisms against Apple’s smartphone. Rumors suggest that the iPhone 5S could include support for the contactless technology which can be used to pay for items in retail stores.

The iPhone 5S is expected to launch in June, according to the majority of rumors posted online. Apple might unveil the smartphone alongside a more affordable version of the iPhone, thought to be called the iPhone Mini.
