Amiigo Fitness Bracelet is the New Fitness Manager

Fitness has grown to be an important deal these days and technological advancements are entering the field in a much more enhanced way such that each and every workout gets modified and perfected. Tracking one’s progress through each step that he takes has been an issue of prime importance and the solution seems to be one that’s available now in the form of a jewellery item.

The Amiigo Fitness Bracelet isn’t actually jewellery per se, but it will do the fitness job for you. Wearing this on one’s wrists and an associated device on your foot, each and every workout the user does can be analyzed properly with an iOS or an Android phone.

Along with the standard tracking features provided by other similar devices, such as calories burned and the number of steps taken, the Amiigo also tracks heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and skin temperature. Amiigo makes health management more fun, simple and social.

The Company uses an innovative sensing technology powered by proprietary discrimination and machine learning algorithms. The one feature that seems to be missing in the Amiigo is a visual indicator on the device to show how you are progressing towards your goals; the only way to tell how you are doing is to check your mobile device.

Users can create and record new exercises that might be unique, abstract or specific to them. After a user records an exercise, it will be recognized in future workouts and this is pretty impressive for a device of such small size.

The Amiigo is available for preorder at a cost of $99.00 for the black or $119.00 for either the blue or green.  It is slated to be available this June.
