There’s no dearth of gaming gear, and I don’t think there ever will be because we see a new machine popping up every now and then. The latest one to grace the gaming world is from Origin, who has whipped up a high-end gaming notebook.
The machine, called Eon17-SLX, true to its name, sports a 17-inch display or more precisely, 17.3-inch screen. It supports full HD at 1920 x 1080 resolution and has a matte finish.
Gamers can also get the device with a full HD resolution 17.3-inch LED backlit matte 3-D display, coupling Nvidia Vision 2 3D glasses. An interesting option for all those 3D games you want to try out.
The notebook comes with a customizable keyboard, which is cut into three lighting zones and seven color options. The graphic department holds up with Nvidia GTX 670MX, Nvidia GTX 680M, or AMD Radeon HD 7970M options.
If you want to blow some good game steam, you can also purchase the notebook with two of any of the three available video cards inside. Under the hood, the device hosts multiple Intel processor options, all of the Core i7 family with quad cores.
The processors cycle at 2.3 GHz all the way up to 4.1 GHz with overclocked options. RAM options too are many, ranging from 4GB to 32GB, and storage includes SSDs with 40 GB up to 256 GB capacity.
You can also fit in a DVD or Blu-ray burner. The hard drive slots can take up to 1 TB of traditional hard drives.
The rest of the features comprises of USB 3.0 ports, a memory card reader, integrated fingerprint reader, a two-megapixel front camera, integrated TV tuner, and integrated Wi-Fi. There are a lot of options on this bad boy, so you can squeeze out a high performance gaming experience.
The machine starts at $1,888 and as you pile on the options, the rate would climb. But the device surely looks worth the cash spent.
