Lenovo IdeaPhone P770 Promises 29 Hours of Talk Time

The biggest concern with modern smartphone devices are its battery power. With all those games and computing power  deployed in them, users get very little talk time and are often compelled to charge their devices two or three times a day.

Many smartphones in the current market have a built in battery that can’t be exchanged with a recharged one. So, the only solution for this issue is a better battery life.

In such a situation, Lenovo has introduced its latest smartphone christened IdeaPhone P770 with a battery life of 3, 500 mAh capacity. Obviously, it is better than any other smartphone including Motorola’s Droid RAZR MAXX HD. The Droid RAZR MAXX HD offers only a 3,300 mAh battery.

Though Lenovo claims a battery life of 29 hours of talk time, the Motorola device reportedly has 32 hours of talk time. But Lenovo has managed to bring in something its competitor can’t – the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS.

The other specifications of P770 include a 4.5 inch qHD display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 4GB of built-in storage and an 8GB microSD card. It also houses a 5 megapixel rear shooter and a front facing VGA.

The device is available for purchase for $273 and is at present offered in the Chinese market only. Fans in the US may have to wait, we guess.
