It’s not every day we see a device sitting on shelves days prior to its official launch. But apparently, the Google Nexus 10 doesn’t stick to the schedule.
There have reportedly been sightings of the device on Wal-Mart shelves. Maybe if you strolled along the aisles carefully, you might spot one too in your nearest Wal-Mart store.
It was folks from the XDA Developers that hooked up a picture online showing a price tag of $499 for the Google Nexus 10 on Wal-Mart. Quite surprising to note how the device wound up so early on display when the launch date is set for November 13th.
Maybe this is a sign and we ought to be keeping our eyes open on other stores like Staples to probably set the device on sale too. The price tag at Wal-Mart is the same as the price for the 32GB model we saw on Google’s Play Store.
I’m supposing you guys know all about the Nexus 10, since it’s been in the news for quite some time now. If in case you have been keeping out of touch, here are some pointers for you.
The Nexus 10, as its name indicates, has a 10-incch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600, which is the highest resolution to grace a screen to date. Underneath, it has Samsung’s Exynos 5250 dual-core processor providing the power at 1.7GHz.
The Nexus 10 will come on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and 2GB of RAM and the model will offer storage space of 32GB. So, that’s the finer points, and as you can see, the tablet is quite an impressive model.
Its features include multiple user accounts and quick settings along with tonnes of other newbies. The price might be a little out there but with the flashy specs on board, it certainly is worth it.
