Apple MacBook Air Gets Lauded by Harry Potter Creator

Apple is all smiles. J.K. Rowling, the author of Harry Potter, has praised Apple’s product during a public appearance.

J.K. Rowling had appeared before a huge and excited crowd, at Lincoln Center, in London earlier this week. The Publishers Lunch had posted about Rowling’s appearance, interview with Ann Patchett, her brief reading from The Casual Vacancy, and book-signing for the sizable crowd.

In the middle of her talks about her writing habits, Rowling said that the MacBook Air changed her life. “I’ve written everywhere, including some very strange places,” she said.

Well, that comment would serve as an unexpected endorsement for the Apple product. And it certainly is true that the MacBook Air is a fine companion.

The device, at 13.3-inches and under, is quite a portable device, much like the iPad, and sports the keyboard of the MacBook Pro. And MacBook Air owners can vouch for the device’s portability and comfortableness in working anywhere and everywhere.

With Rowling’s praise of the gadget, it wouldn’t be surprising we see a small boost in the sale of the MacBook Air. Maybe, the device might infuse in you the magic you might need to pen your story.
