Here comes the best chance for James Bond fans as well as all car lovers to have a look back into the 60s or to watch a film with a pinch of nostalgia.

As per the news emerging from the sets of the latest James Bond film Skyfall, the film will have a classic character form the Bond films in the 60s.

You guessed it right, it s the original Aston Martin DB5 car that was featured in the James Bond movie Goldfinger which came out in 1964, that is making a reappearance in the new movie.

Now the production team of Skyfall is bringing back the automobile perfect with even the original BMT 216A registration number that the cars featured in the earlier James Bond movies like Goldfinger and Thunderball had.

According to Sam Mendez who directs Skyfall, the return of the old timer is not just about igniting nostalgia, but something else. We take it for a clue.

Apparently, if the old car is appearing as such in the new film, that is a strong pointer that the new movie have some deep connection with the storyline in the 60’s James Bond movies.

According to rumors, the last part of Skyfall will have a sequence which would have actually taken place in 1962. So does that mean the new film Skyfall is a sort remake of the Goldfinger or any other famous Bond movie of 60s for the new era? We don’t know at this point, but we really love to see the Aston Martin DB5 at the set of Skyfall. Now you can watch it at the production video after the break.
