Big Red is going to house more large-screened beasts, as per the new leak. A new set of leaked pictures that are taking their rounds in the internet shows that the Android super phone from LG, the LG Optimus Vu, will be the next big screener to hit the Verizon network.
The leak gives us chance to peek on several images of the LG Optimus Vu with the Verizon name on its face.
However, to make things perfect, the images gives a glimpse of the 4G tattoo from The Big Red on the rear of the phone.
LG Optimus Vu has already made it into the smartphone crowd with an international launch in last February, but is yet to hit the US.
The device has grabbed a lot of limelight with its large 5-inch 4:3 display which is way too bigger than the 4.8 inch display of the Samsung Galaxy S III phone. Apart from the bigger size, the screen has 1024×768 resolution.
The global variant of the Optimus Vu packs a 1.5 GHz processor chip with all the powers of two cores. Moreover, it offers an 8 megapixel camera on its rear while a 1.3 megapixel front camera helps us in video calls.
The 2080 mAh battery gives the essential juice to keep the rig running for hours without glitch, despite its power sucking display and 4G radios.
It is not clear when the phone will go live on Verizon. However, leaks suggest that it has passed through the FCC gates as LG VS950 recently, hinting that it may be just weeks away from its launch.
