Record setting performances keep changing as time moves. In the gadget world, almost every week, we find a new ‘thinnest’ smartphone grabbing the title from the previous title holder.

However, the present thinnest phone, as claimed by the manufacturer, is available for pre-order now.

Named Oppo Finder, the rig comes at a blade thin size of 6.65 mm, but stuffs inside a 1.5 GHz dual core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM.

Though thin in its structure, the rig features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display to keep it up to the mark in the world of high resolution display devices.

It brings along a powerful 8 MP camera on its rear. The camera also offers the ability to record 1080 HD video clips. It is supplemented with a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front which assures you best video call sessions in 720p quality.

To meet the storage needs, the rig comes with an internal storage capacity of 16 GB. Any option to extend its storage capacity is unknown at this point.

The maker of this blade thin phone has started taking pre-orders, but it is currently available only in China and probably won’t come out of Asia anywhere in the future. That is sad.
