Pentax K-30 Weatherproof DSLR Goes Official

Recently most of you were drooling over an alleged leak from Pentax stable. The flagship DSLR reportedly gave a sneak peek through a French catalog. But now you shutterbugs can drool over it las long as you wish since the camera maker Pentax has made it official.

The latest brainchild from Pentax is known as Pentax K-30 is a tough camera when it comes to fighting the elements of the nature. So it easily wins the heart of the tough guys who love snapping DSLR images on their outdoor expeditions.

Making the last week rumors true, the new rig from Pentax packs a light weight body that comes with a weatherproof title.

Moreover, the state-of-the-art SAFOX IXi+ AF sensor module packed with this flagship cam makes it sure that you get responsive and high-precision autofocus operations. No more collateral damages on our shooting expeditions.

Armed to teeth with the latest 16 megapixel APS-C sized CMOS sensor of 23.7mm x 15.7mm size and the Pentax PRIME imaging engine, the rig offers exceptional full 1080p HD movie clips. The optical view finder with the cam offers 100 percent field of view. The cam also touts about its ultra fast six images per second burst mode and brings along the Live View shooting.
