The Samsung Galaxy series is one of the best series of smartphones in the world at the moment, and they certainly have set a reputation for themselves.

Galaxy handsets not only offer good looks and performance, but also guarantee quality. So, if you are a Samsung Galaxy fan, you would be happy to know that the Samsung Galaxy Proclaim is out in the markets now with some pretty interesting features which fit the middle class category, something that a lot of people have been waiting for.

If you are wondering what the Samsung Galaxy Proclaim comes with, it runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS – which is bit of the past as most of the phones out there today come with Android 4.0 Ice Sandwich OS.

The phone comes with a 1 GHZ processor and 1 GB internal memory which is increased by 2 GB as it comes with a bundled 2 GB microSD card. It can even be further increased to 32 GB memory.

It displays a 3.5 inch HVGA screen at a resolution of 320 x 480.  The 3 mega pixel camera is a bit disappointing and unexpected. It also comes with WiFi and Bluetooth for sharing and connectivity.

The device is powered by a standard 1500 mAh battery which should keep it running for a long time.

The device comes with a price tag of $180, so it is very affordable though there still a question of its value for money spent. But since it belongs to Samsung’s Galaxy Series, it ought to be good. Go for it.
