Lenovo ThinkPad Leak Suggests Intel Ivy Bridge Processor Inside

May 1, 2012, By Sanjeev Ramachandran

Almost everyone out there is waiting to try out Intel’s new Ivy Bridge processor and have been waiting for the machines that include the processor to come over.

As if in a bid to cheer up all you tech freaks waiting in anticipation, a photograph of a notebook from Lenovo has surfaced online.

The specifications we get to see on the new device talk of an Intel Ivy Bridge processor hiding under its hood.

So what does the device pack? Though there is not much information on the device, there is still a few which give out some valid clues.

The notebook will feature a 12.5 inch display with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution. You can either choose a 500 GB or a 320 GB hard disk drive to go along with it, a 180 GB SSD is also optional.

We believe the new Intel Ivy Bridge Processor should provide excellent performance and long battery life.

The ThinkPad does not look like much of an awesome contender in the notebook arena, though. It has an average keyboard and looks a bit big in size.

We hear Lenovo is also launching a tablet that will bear the same features of the notebook and the tablet will be called the Lenovo ThinkPad x230t tablet version.

Meanwhile, there is no word on the price or the availability of this leaked device yet. But, lets hope we will get more information on the device soon enough.

If it’s packing an Intel Ivy Bridge processor, then it must have some other amazing features as well. We need to wait to know – or so we  think.
