IPS monitors may not have an excitement quotient in the display market anymore. But this new one from the Acer stables is worth a closer look.

Acer’s latest addition to the grueling list of IPS monitors comes in the form of Acer B243PWL, a 24-inch monitor. The device promises to be compatible with a wide range of hardware systems.

The high-end display screen from Acer will sport a 1920 x 1200 resolution. It will be also featuring LED backlight, which the manufacturers boast as having luminance of 300 candelas per square meter.

The Acer B243PWL will be the latest addition to the B series monitors from the company and, of course, aims at the professional user base. Acer claims this high-end monitor has the same ergonomic style, high contrast ratio, full digital connectivity, and dependable functionality as the predecessors in the series.

The monitor also features options like 35 degree left and right swivel, 90 degree pivot, tilt, and height adjustment of four inches up or down. This will allow the monitor to provide exceptional visuals and a comfortable viewing.

The company also offers built in speakers and a USB hub as additional options. Acer’s new high caliber display device will start sales for a basic starting price of $329 along with a 3 year warranty.
