April 23, 2012, By Sanjeev Ramachandran

Ah, the Samsung Galaxy S3. Many of you have been waiting for it for a long time, we know. Well, wait no more as you can pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy S3 on Amazon Germany now.

A while ago, we also saw a teaser site released,  but sadly there is no preview picture of the device that we can show you at this moment.

So what does the new Samsung Galaxy S3 come with? As had been discussed earlier, the rig boasts   1.5 GB RAM,  32 GB internal storage,  SD card slot and a 4.65 inch super AMOLED III display with 720 x 1280 pixels.

The Android 4.0 Ice cream sandwich device is also equipped with a 10 mega pixel camera with LED flash, 1080 p HD video recording at 60 fps, 2250 mAh battery, NFC chip and with TouchWiz 5.0.

However, some rumors let us know that it will come with totally different features, and they suggest the device will come with a 12 mega pixel camera with LED flash, Bluetooth version 4.0 with A2DP, 1.4 GHz Exynos quad-core arm cortex processor and even 16 GB RAM.

Though they look tempting, our gut feel tells us they are a bit too off-base. But then, Samsung might surprise us.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 might make you part with around Euros 599 , that’s around $800 in U.S. dollars.

More details of this device would probably be revealed on May 3rd. We need to just wait the day to come. In the meanwhile, if you are in Germany, go ahead and pre-order the device here now.
