Steve Jobs has passed away, but his work will always live on. Apple has decided to spend tons of money on a designer yacht. Yes, a designer yacht!

French designer Philippe Starck has reportedly stated in an interview that he is currently working on a revolutionary secret Apple project.

Philippe Starck is said to have been commissioned by Steve Jobs to design a sleek and minimalist yacht. It is not clear whether the iYacht was designed for Steve Jobs or Apple.

The iYacht is a luxury super vessel with 40 foot-long glass walls, which according to speculations will bear close resemblance to Feadship’s Breathe Motor Yacht Concept.

The idea of the iYacht was first mentioned in the biography of Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson who began writing his book back in 2009 and was released 19 days after Jobs’ death on Monday, October 24th 2011.

So far, Apple has not made any comment relating to the iYacht and Philippe Starck said he could not comment because of Apple’s well-known secrecy

We are not too certain on what Apple plans to do with a designer yacht but what is certain is that it will be high-priced. Get ready for the iYacht!
